Cons:
Not very user friendly, not a seamless replacement for a good TV set.

Picture from DVD is good, from TV is okay. Manual is useless, although translations are comical at times. Sound output has static and intermitant beeping when unit is turned off. Every time you turn it on, it defaults to the coaxial cable connection, and you have to switch it over to s-video yourself. The remote control has poor range. Unit appears cheaply built, and I think durability may be questionable. PIP function just messes up the screen colours, that then have to be fixed through the menu. Speaking of the menu, it is a bit confusing. If you want to use a universal remote control, you will need one with a learning function, as no remote I've seen has a code for this brand. Finally, e-mailed Sabrent about a couple of the more serious issues, and its been 4 business days and still no response (they promise 48 hours) In summary, good idea, sloppy execution. STAY AWAY!
