Love my Aero wagon!

Awesome car, like a bat our of hell.  I bought the 6 cylindar SportCombi Aero with the Sentronic 6-speed manual/auto transmission. Figured that was the only way to compensate for the CVS transmissions they all have now.  Love everything about it.  It feels as fast a Porshe, yet loads up like a small SUV.  I bought it used for 24K, would have been 40K if new.   But as used it seemed like brand new at 22K miles.  Very fast, awesome transmission (Saab Sentronic - auto/manual).  Interior is gorgeous, heated seat popular with all, great stereo. I like the back seat headrests because they lower to almost flat and raise up when you need them.  Gripping handles on the doors are the slanted kind that are easy to grip, unlike the flat shelves with little dents in them that most cars have now.  The back seat as alot of leg room if the front seats are forward.  There are handy pockets for things all over the car.  Love the dashboard display (they got rid of this in 2007).  Front end on the sport Aero model is about 4 inches from the ground and hits everything. You learn not to park up to close to any curbs.  But the only thing that hits them is the flimsy plastic bumper attachment. Glovebox is air conditioned.  The ignition is down to your right side so the keys don't keep hitting your knee.  The Navigation is awesome.  Love the controls on the stearing wheel. Like driving a sports car but it's still a wagon.  Service is excellent.  My dealer gives you a new Saab loaner everytime you bring it in - for free.  They will also wash my car for free whenever I want, and serve Peet's coffee while I wait.  Came with 50,000 miles of service paid for, and a 100,000 mile warranty from GM.  Can't beat that. The rain detection wipers don't really detect anything, so I just turn the wipers on when it rains.  Another con:  encourages me to drive aggressively because it is so fast.  Sometimes a slow car is better because you're not tempted.
