Great for Commercial/Not Residential
Pros:
Works great on low pile, or hardwood surfaces. Attachments are very convenient.
Cons:
Not great on longer pile. Bags not good for fine dust ex. soot
The Bottom Line:
Would really recommend for commercial use for hardwood and low pile carpets. Works like a dream. Look for something different for Home/Residential.

This vacuum may work wonders for commercial. Not so wonderful in my residential home. I have used this vacuum for professional cleaning for nearly 4 years. It works great there.
When I needed to replace my personal cleaner, I spent the extra and went with this unit thinking past experience would speak for itself. Wow, am I disappointed. Not 8 months into ownership, the motor is gone. This is the second time I have had to take it in to check the problem. It started arching from the electrical outlet. Scary. It's the motor, and I was told that to preserve the warranty (the motor isn't covered by because it's used on longer carpet) would cost me $100.00 plus labor. I offered to install it myself, I figured I could use it more for business, and they have to do the work to preserve the warranty.
When I purchased the vacuum, I was told that it would work on my new carpet (a little longer pile) with no problems. Not the case. They are now telling me that this vacuum does well on low pile or hardwood surfaces, not the newer longer pile carpets. I needed to look into something that had a manual carpet height adjustment. This unit doesn't have the ability to manually adjust, only auto.
When I have used it Professionally, it works great. Cleans beautifully, great suction, and the ease of use of the attachments makes it really convenient.
I will continue to use for Professional use but am very disappointed in performance at home.
