Horrible phone!

Ok, so I thought the couple people I had seen in the forums with technical problems just had bad phones... NO! This is the buggiest piece of junk ever!
It is a great concept, however SMC has really rushed this thing on to the market and not given it the support it deserves.

My issues:
-I can't figure out how to check my voice-mail with the phone
-Skype-out wont allow you to send your caller-id to the person your calling yet (Due to FCC regulation).
-Some how some glitch has made my back-light NEVER turn off, regardless of settings.
-I believe the same glitch causing the back-light to stay on is also making every key I type, type twice so if I'm trying to dial 808-123-4567 it will mess up as 8808881122333445667888. I have to keep typing and clearing until it gets it right.. a huge pain.
-The software is slloooooowwww. It takes forever for the buttons you press to do anything. Press "contacts" and 5 seconds later you might see your contact list.
There's more problems, but hopefully all I have said will prevent you from buying this model.
I do recommend getting a different phone and using skype though!! Cheap and good sound quality.
