Cutoff switch on top unit doesn't function well.

Just got this unit as a warranty type replacement for another different Royal Shredder with parts problem that couldn't be resolved by ROYAL parts service department. The power cutoff safety switch which is in the base of the unit top does not line up correctly with the basket slot. You really have to play with it to get it to seat properly and get the power to transfer to the on/off switch. Very poor design. Looks nice and cuts fine once you get it lined up. Most consumers wouldn't bother trying to line up the two pieces because it appears that it sets in the basket perfectly. The plastic basket wall is so thin it bulges out slightly making the cutoff switch inoperable most of the time. Would never buy another ROYAL brand and don't recommend this unit for anyone!!! Last time I buy a ROYAL shredder!! Beware!!
