Pros: When it worked, it did a good job. Good steam and plenty of it.

Cons: Automatic shut off will no longer turn on!

I bought a Rowenta because I thought it was The Best. Well, it was fine for about two years of MINIMUM use. Then, one day...poof! Its automatic shutoff has shut off for good. Now what? Send it off for repairs? With the amount of time I spend ironing (nil), I should just go buy a $20 cheapie. I'm SO disappointed!
