I purchased this over the weekend after looking at my summer wardrobe knowing that I had to either pull out the iron or take most of my wardrobe to the dry cleaners to press.
My co-worker has a Rowenta garment steamer and raves about it so using some store coupons, I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond to purchase the machine. There was another brand, next to the Rowenta for half the cost but I bit the bullet and purchased the Rowenta.
It's easy to assemble, easy to follow directions, heats up almost instantly and does a near perfect job in eliminating most wrinkles after the first pass. Heavy linen takes a few passes.
Now I'm looking for anything to steam press! Tablecloths, bedspreads, drapes!
I have a large walk in closet and it fits nicely against a wall which has an outlet on it! I even have a pull down ironing board in the closet which I guess will never be used!
