Rowenta...Getting a little Steamy...

Date of Review:  Dec 30, 2007
The Bottom Line: Wonderful choice - easy to use and very good results - makes ironing fun again if used with the Rowenta ironing board.
Review: Rowenta Focus DZ5080 Iron..

I started doing a bit more sewing in my "free" time and needed an iron which worked a bit better than my regular one. In addition, my daughter started using my old iron to melt her Perler beads and I couldn't...

Review: Purchased the dz5080 November 2006.  Worked great for a few months, then started spitting out white substances even though we were using spring water as recommended.  Constantly would leak out water while ironing.  This month is was leaking all over...

Very dissapointing

Date of Review:  Oct 1, 2008
Review: I purchased this iron July 7th; August 20th I returned it to Bed, Bath and Beyond because it was leaking out of the bottom holes. Now, October 1st, the new iron is doing the same thing. This iron is going back to Bed Bath and Beyond and I'm getting...

An Iron for Grown-Ups

Date of Review:  Feb 20, 2007
Review: I needed a new iron since I was sending my old one to the country house, and sprang for a Rowenta Focus DZ5080. I'd been using a fairly basic teflon-coated Black & Decker 380, which had been just fine. I chose it because it seemed like a premium...

Great Iron

Date of Review:  Jun 7, 2008
Review: After using GE, Shark and Black & Decker, I moved over to Rowenta Focus DZ5080.

This is a great iron. The 400 tiny holes for steam in the soleplate does do a very good job. It is a light iron and easy to use and control. Most ergonomic...
