Pros: unit is very stable and and fairly easy to clean a very fast processor.

Cons: the unit is a bit pricey and so are the attachments.

I have been in the restaurant for over 30 years and this by far and away is the best commercial food processor that I have ever used. It is very easy unit to use and is quite easy to clean up and the speed of this processor well all I can say is wow it is extremely fast.They claim it can do 200 servings in 3 hours which is a lot more than humanly possible. This unit is very stable and also takes up very little counter space It has a wide variety of blades and although a little costly some blades are just a must have.I would recommend this unit whether you are a large operation or just a small mom and pop diner.I like the unit and believe you will too.
