Rival TO600 1500 Watts Toaster Oven with Convection Cooking

We have a small family and needed a toaster oven for the times when we only needed to heat a small amount of food. I wanted a toaster oven that could hold a personal pizza. I got this oven because it has two racks and also is big enough to hold a small frozen pizza. I was very surprised when I got this. It comes with 2 racks, a broiling pan, cookie sheet and a round pizza pan (bigger than a personal size pizza). It is hard to believe it can hold the pizza pan, but it does! The racks are great because you can turn them over to adjust the height depending on what you are making. There is 2 racks so you can do make two things at once. The various temperature controls allow you to control the way you want things to cook or toast. It heats up pretty fast and food cooks through. You can toast, broil, and bake.

Pros:

Holds a frozen pizza. It toasts, broils, and bakes well. Comes with 2 racks, non-stick cookie sheet, broiling pan, pizza pan, and instruction sheet with ideas for optimizing your cooking (ex. which way to put the racks for better toasting). Various control settings.

Cons: The outside of the unit gets very hot. The top gets hot so be careful what you put on it. The back of the unit gets very hot as well which can be a problem if you put the unit caddy corner and have to plug it in on the side of it. The cord shouldn't touch the unit. There should be a cord holder that holds the cord away from the unit.
