I purchased this toaster oven less than 6 months ago and was very pleased with it's appearance and function at first. After about a month, the knob to control the temps and toast features would freeze and not turn at all. Only after allowing the oven to heat up could you turn the temp/toast knob. Now, after only 6 months of owning this toaster oven, it no longer toasts or heats up at all. It warms up but no heat to actually cook or bake anything. I was really bummed out because I loved the overall look of this product and it's function when first purchased.
