What a disappointment!

The Bottom Line:

Difficult to use because it seems to malfunction by overheating; difficult to clean because the sides and part of the bottom were encrusted with carmelized food.

not bad for a cheap slow cooker

Review: We have had this for 2 years. It works well and is programable. It is relatively easy to clean. The downfall is even the low setting is hot and you can not just put it on warm. After you have completed the program time then it goes to warm.

Works great but gets really hot!

The Bottom Line: It's a great cooker with good features for a excellent price. Generous size that's great for families. It does get hotter than older models but that can be accommodated.
Review: I have had this pot for over a year now and have used it numerous times. I have not used the smaller pot that comes with the set. With a family of 5 it just hasn't been of use for us.
