If you love to dance you will definately love this workout.

I must admit that I totally just love Richard Simmons. This workout inspired me to keep going and breaking a hard sweat, and an enjoyable one I must add. It is not just your typical workout it's more of a dance class and party combination all in one. I must admit that I donot think of this as a regular, boring, monotomous and rigorious workout. I have many other workout videos and they are just sitting on my shelf collecting dust. With Richard's workout it's the contrary. In fact, I wish I would have known of this type of workout before. I also love that you will see people of all sizes in the workout crowd. Unlike the other workouts out there that only have the best looking and most toned bodies. I also love that towards the end of the workout many of the people that were in the crowd are happy to announce the weight loss that they have acheived. It is astonishing and a true inspiration and proves the point that anyone can do it if you only try. If you are searching for a fun way to burn fat this is the workout for you! Lets get ready to party!
