Sweat It Away!

Fun, fun, fun! No one can compare to Richard Simmons and Sweatin' to the Oldies II is a great video. The songs are peppy and you'll never "hear" the songs the same way again when they come on the radio. Just when you think you're going to give up, Richard will let you know he's right there with you or he feels it too.

At one point in the video I always feel I've had enough and I won't go on, then the song "Big Girls Don't Cry" comes on and I know I can do it -- and I do!

I can't say the video is easy to exercise to, because you will sweat and work out. But it's fun and Richard is inspiring. You'll see real people of all sizes. In one song you'll use weights and in another song you'll do floor work, so this video includes some toning also. However, the exercises are easy to learn and I didn't find them strenuous.

I found it easy to pick up on the moves and this video remains one of my all-time favorites. Richard Simmons videos just cannot be beat. Real people, easy, practical exercises, upbeat, and very motivational - What more can a person ask for?! Buy this and get sweatin'!
