Pros: Great looks. Works very well. Variable settings.

Cons: Can't complain of a thing - I love Delonghi appliances.

I bought this grinder off of ebay to match my Delonghi espresso maker. It's a perfect size and has a reservoir to hold the beans. It's very easy to "click" to the desired setting and the smell of fresh ground beans is great in the morning.
