In contrast to the other review listed for this product, my experience with this product is lots of pulled hair. My boy runs away when I get this product out to use on him. Yes, we can slowly make our way through a haircut, but it constantly pulls his hair and hurts! This clipper is quiet and ergonomic, but it's unacceptable. We've tried all the settings, etc. I'm looking for another pair of clippers.
