This stands up to any to any other

The Bottom Line: Try this one, and no need to press hard. I think it's great!
I have had every top grade shaver made from Braun 360 to Norelco Smart Touch XL. I went to replace the screen and blade on the Braun 360 and noticed the Remington 280 was about the same price so I had heard good things about it and decided to buy it instead of the replacement parts.
I am completely satisfied with the shave as it is closer that the Braun 360. I realize everyone has a different beard, but mine is heavy, and I make much fewer passes with this than the Braun or Norelco.
I couldn't be more pleased.
Not all electric shavers make a noise when they are cutting. The thing I like about this one is that you can hear it cut and know when it has gotten as close as possible.
I did notice that the replacement parts are much less than other shavers and that appeals to me. I believe the screen was $12.00.
The length of the charge is wonderful. It is as much or more than the Norelco and they have one of the best. I go close to a week before recharges.
Cleanup takes about 30 seconds as it is rinsed with water. There is not stand on the sink.
