Nirima, Nirima, it's a heck of a town...

Pros: Japanese and English language, English subtitles.

Cons: Some parts are inconsistent with what is happening in the story.

The Bottom Line: Hate DBZ's "30 episodes = 5 minutes" theory? Love comic relief, martial arts, wacky pseudo-romance, with twists for good measure? This has it all and is well worth your money!
