RSQ NEO-E500N Karaoke NOT SO GOOD

I was SUPER happy with my RSQ NEO-E500N Karaoke player when I 1st received it because it played CDG and NEO+G Disc plus many more but after approx. 1 year it stopped working half the time. It will no longer play CDG, DVD or Regular Cd's. The only way I can get the NEO+G disc to work is to manually move the lazer with the plastic gear on the inside...so I had to take it apart and just sit the top on because the lazer moves each time so I usually spend about 5 minutes just to get the disc to work and then it plays about 4 songs before I have to move it again.

Before the NO DISC errors began I would be watching a DVD on it and it would freeze up. It would also randomly freeze during karaoke but usually when switching songs.

I received this as a Christmas gift and was so happy about the fact that I was able to put my CDG's all on one disc and not have to change it out to get a new disc but now I am spending more time working on the machine than I am singing so I am very DISAPPOINTED!!! :(
