Piece of JUNK

Date of Review: Jul 22, 2005

I bought these from Frys for $29.99. I learned the hard way: you get what you pay for. These are no exception. They may be comfortable to wear but that's it. I'm serious. After fiddling and fussing with the tuner for three days, it still holds the signal for only five seconds. Then, it blasts my eardrums out. This is probably THE WORST set of wireless headphones on the market. DO NOT buy them, even if they cost $1. They are worthless. You will always have to fuss with them for 30 minutes to get a signal. The problem is you have to adjust the dial on the antenna and then the dial on the headphones. Even if you get a signal, it's so weak that will always lose the connection. This is a piece of garbage. I will never buy another audio product from RCA again. I guess you have to break the bank and pay at least $99 for even average wireless performance. Definitely look at Sony, Bose or Bang & Olufsen. Ignore anything else RCA makes. Their audio products are probably the worst on the market.
