RCA missing tech support

I purchased the RP5640 because the internet manual (preliminary spec) says it plays MP3 CD's. I have been unable to get MP3 CD's to play on the radio and my two emails to tech support have gone unanswered. There doesn't seem to be a phone number for their support dept.

I exchanged the radio for a new unit and it did not play MP3 CD's either. Apparently this model does not play MP3 discs.
