this is the movie for you.Gunfighters gather
in a small, western town for the shoot out,
the big contest.The winner gets the money.
Sharon Stone is one of the gunfighters who
arrives for the contest.But she has another
reason for coming back to the small town.A
reason I will not give away in this movie.

Gene Hackman is supberb as the town bad guy.
Leonardo DiCaprio always give a great performance
as a young gunfighter.

Now I have never been much on westerns.My taste
runs more to horror movies.But I truly did enjoy
this movie.It has plenty of action, and the
bullets flying.

Sharon Stones holds her own against the male
gunfighters, including Gene Hackman.

Now this is not a movie for young children.
But I believe the older teens, and adults
will enjoy it.

Other movies they might also enjoy are, High
Noon, and Shane.

The actors in The Quick and The Dead are great.
The movie is directed very well by Sam Raimi.
The color, and the sets, and costumes are
all a great addition to making this a great
Western movie.
