Pros: Bright, crisp, and colorful display, great for vacation trips and rental cars.
Cons: No hard-wire kit available, antenna easily damaged and somewhat flimsy, low memory limit.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this unit if you often find yourself in different vehicles, motorcycles, or even boats. Its portability and versatility make the Quest a winner.

Review:
What makes the Quest worth writing about is that it really works; it does what you expect it to do and more. And the great software and well designed hardware package is combined into a tool/gadget/instrument (take your pick) that is truly... |

Pros: portable, an incredible amount of information, very accurate
Cons: manual could be better if it showed the menu trees, it's ok though
The Bottom Line: A great little unit for the price with TONS of information.

Review: As a Professional Land Surveyor, GPS is something I have studied in some detail. I wanted a unit that would guide me from job to job instead of having a map on my lap and blowing all around while I m driving. The Garmin quest II is ideal for that...

Pros: It is small enough to carry with you
Cons: Read the review. Slow, stubborn, inaccurate
The Bottom Line: Buy another unit because there are a lot better choices.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: First the slowness: When I first received the Quest 2, I thought it was a little slow. Now I know it is. Route calculation could be measured with a sundial. When you are off route and it needs to recalculate, you often get lost again since it takes...

Pros: Price, all accessories are included, very functional!
Cons: The suction cup mount bounces when off road.
The Bottom Line: I didn't think they would have something to replace my beloved GPS V for such a good price. You won't regret buying this.

Pros: Shirt-pocket size, readable display, large memory, long battery life, entire US road map database included.
Cons: Non-standard power and mount, no saved tracks.
The Bottom Line: One of, if not the, best multi-purpose car/boat/hiking GPS receiver.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I've had a Garmin GPS-V for a long time and thought it was a very nice compromise between being big enough for car navigation and small enough for hiking. However, there were a couple of weaknesses in the GPS-V I'd hoped Garmin would fix. One was...

Pros: Small, portable, user-friendly, voice prompts, save locations, vias, detours.
Cons: Satellite aquisition bad around tall buildings, voice prompts may take getting used to.

Pros: Two Preemies-35lb toddler. Baby next to skin, close to center of gravity. Comfortable, washable.
Cons: Takes 4-5 times wrapping to feel confident in your wrapping skills.
The Bottom Line: I LOVE to wrap my babies. It takes a little time to learn how, but it is far superior to back pack carriers in comfort, versatility, style, and wash-ability.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: My moby wrap experience started when I saw my neighbor carrying her baby in one. I'd never seen one before & I chased her down to find out more. It is comfortable and ergonomic for both the mother and baby. I've now tried both the original moby wrap...

Pros: Comes with everything: charger, mount, City Select CD, cigarette cord with speaker attached.
Cons: Small memory at 115 megs for California maps. Built-in battery may be costly to replace.
The Bottom Line: Aside from the small memory (for me in a large state) and internal battery, this is a very nice unit that works well.

Pros: Small size, huge tracklog, waterproof, 20 hour battery operation
Cons: Tiny display, flimsy antenna, PC mapping not included
The Bottom Line: If you travel a lot or need the unit as a portable AND a mobile unit and is waterproof, then this is a good choice.
