Good Reel...problem though

I was pleased with the feel and power of the reel when i started using it.
But, after one week's use on a Canada trip, the
bail hex screw opposite the reel guide had
worked it's way loose, and rendered it useless for
the day. Had to hunt down tool at remote lodge.
Tightened it properly, and used again for another
week in the rivers back home, and it loosened. Tightened it down, then returned it. Worry of breakdown was
too great. I asked around local tackle retailers, and every one of them said they hadn't seen that on that model.
I am planning to buy the new Quantum Incyte10 for my ultralight trout rod, I checked to see if it had the same screw, and the assembly looks improved. No hard feelings, just disappointed I couldn't keep the Kinetic.
