I bought the Primo 778 in September and paid $800.00. The first time I used it, a crack appeared in the ceramic smoker. I have been unable to get the manufacturer to honor their warranty. In fact, I can't get them to return phone calls. The store where I bought it is also frustrated at the lack of response from the factory.
