The Bottom Line: This is a good little pot for reminding you that the water is boiling if you don't already have one with a whistle.

Review: We got the kettle as a gift, so I do not know how much it cost. I would estimate that it probably costs about $10.

It is quite handy for quickly boiling water to make tea or hot chocolate. My mom even uses it to heat water for oatmeal.

Review: My second Presto kettle in under 3 years just burned out, and I replaced it with Cuisinart. The Cuisinart cost $69, and based on a friend's experience, will be cheaper in the long run than the Presto at $20.
