Pros: Lovingly restored classic animation!
Cons: Some print damage here and there, set is kind of pricey.
The Bottom Line: Great restoration with a bounty of extras - this is a set that needs to be in any animation fan's collection.

Pros: 60 of the beloved theatrical Popeye cartoons, restored for DVD and as funny as ever.
Cons: It took too long to make it to home video.
The Bottom Line: If you are a Popeye fan or at least have a marginal interest in animation or classic comic strip characters, this is like spinach for the soul.

Pros: For cartoon buffs, rich animation and characterization, and lots of laughs
Cons: Be forewarned -- political incorrectness abounds
