This is U2's mockery of Pop Culture, and I'm loving every bit of it.

The Bottom Line: Buy it, even if you're not a fan of post-Joshua Tree U2.
Review: I got this album in the bargain bin at Tower Records, after listening to a few songs. I liked what I heard, so I went ahead and got the album. Actually, it's a goal of mine to own every U2 record, and I'm well on my way.

The Bottom Line: Don't be fooled by the critics, this is a great album.

The Bottom Line: Bad News: One of U2's weakest albums. Good News: It's U2, so buy it anyway, cause they rule.

The Bottom Line: It's a decent album, but doesn't hold a candle to the better discs for which U2 is famous.
Review: I honestly thought U2 was finished when I first heard 1997's Pop. The disc came out after 1993's Zooropa, a disc which redefines the term "horrible." While Pop is an improvement over Zooropa, it still lacks the drive, immediacy and outright passion...

Most underrated U2 album

The Bottom Line: Yes it lacks on some songs and the second half is disappointing compared to the first but in the end it's still better than what you might have heard.
Review: Before listening to this album I had read reviews that said this was one of the worst U2 albums out there. Now while I won't disagree that they could have done a lot better here, I won't say this is the worst. I'll save that honor for Zooropa.
