Pros: Excellent power, comfortable yet durable leather seating, reliable
Cons: Handling wasn't quite as good as I was expecting.
The Bottom Line: Great power matched with great reliability in a daily-drivable package. What more could you want in this price range?
Review: When I bought my '99 Grand Prix GTP almost six years ago, I had no idea it would be as easy on my wallet as it has been. I had been counting on performance, gadgets, and reasonable comfort... but the reliability was a complete and pleasant surprise. ...

Pros: Sexy styling, head snapping torque, options for the money.
Cons: Low quality leather on seats, occasional rattles, poor reception from integrated rear window antenna.
The Bottom Line: You get a lot of car for relatively little money.
Review: I needed a new car, wanted something sporty, and didn't want to pay $30,000+ for it. I'm a single guy and wanted a coupe...sedans are for families. Not a lot of choices to meet that criteria, or at least not anything that doesn't look like every other...

Pros: Performance, handling, "Heads Up Display"
Cons: Have to drive it in Detroit
Review: For about 3 years prior to buying a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP I was driving a Hyundai Sonata. I live in Detroit, so I endure a daily torture involving 2 hours worth of driving through streets whose pothole population is only exceeded by Detroit's...

Pros: Looks, 240 supercharged horses, gizmos
Cons: A little rough on the ride
The Bottom Line: Highly Recommended
Review: Let me first start off by saying that I was the owner of a 1998 Grand Am GT, that served me well mechanically for 70,000 miles. When I got that car, I was 24, fresh out of college, and single. The 2-door was fine for then. Soooo, let's fast-forward 3...

Pros: Handles great! Powerful and comfortable.
Cons: None!
The Bottom Line: Love this car would recommend hands down to anyone.
Review: What else can you say, it's a Grand Prix GT! The car handles like a dream. It has power to spare. Comfortable enough we take it on road trips as much as we take my Supercrew. Lots of room. Only a two door, but not difficult to get in and out of at all....

Pros: Handles well, good gas mileage, good horsepower, smooth ride
Cons: none
The Bottom Line: A Pontiac Grand Prix is the way to go for reliability, power and comfort.
Review: I have had my 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GT now since July 2002. I love it! Its got the power, the looks and the handling to top any sports sedan. Acceleration is smooth and has the power to get you up to speed fast! With a 17 Gallon gas tank, you will...

Pros: looks, reliability, pick up and interior space
Cons: uncomfortable passenger seat
Review: My husband and I were searching for a sporty, yet family-sized car when we came across the Pontiac Grand Prix family. I am a real estate agent and my Nissan Sentra wasn't practical for my larger clients. We test drove the Pontiac Grand Prix's different...

Pros: Supercharged, mean looking, roomy, comfortable - should I go on
Cons: Takes premium fuel - but i knew that when buying it
The Bottom Line: If you have a chance to test drive a GTP, I'll just about guarantee you'll be buying it - you'll be hooked
Review: Looking for a sexy sleeper - check out the GTP. When I was looking for a car back in Feb 2003 I want ...

Pros: You can get a "luxury" car for under $30,000
Cons: There are no air vents in the back seat, unlike my mom's 98 Ford Taurus.
Review: After many months of researching, we bought our 1999 Grand Prix GT. We were in the market for a comfortable, four door, family car,yet sporty and under $30,000. Where would we ever find that? Much to my dismay we found ourselves at the Pontiac...
