POLAROID PDC 640 : Great Buy For Beginners

The Bottom Line: is that the Polaroid PDC 640 is a decent digital camera for beginners. Everything you need is in one kit and the price is more than reasonable.
Review: I received this camera as a gift and as gifts go, this one was tops! I had been wanting a digital camera and this one filled the bill to a certain point.

The Bottom Line: I would not recommend now that I have had difficulties. There are better cameras available now.
Review: UPDATE 12/2001 - Had to send camera in due to it not working even when new batteries are installed. They sent an "upgrade" of PDC 640 Plus. Received it and having same problem as other one. Couldn't even take ONE photo with it. Do NOT recommend this...

The Bottom Line: I would not buy it to snap pics. This purchasing choice I would nix. It?s bad for photo-craving moms. And even worse for Peeping Toms.
