Polar F6 Stopwatch

This is a great watch/heart rate monitor, but I purchased it because the website and the store display said it also had a "stopwatch" feature. It doesn't. I read the manual cover-to-cover and reviewed Polar's website in detail to find out how to access the "stopwatch" feature. Finally I called Polar Customer Service (+1.800.227.1314) and was informed that the "stopwatch" feature referred to in marketing materials was not actually a "stopwatch" feature, but an exercise timer. That is, by beginning your exercise routine you start the timer; when you end your routine you stop the timer, hence, the "stopwatch" feature. Sound ridiculous? I can't wait to find out what other surprises Polar's marketing department has in store for me. Maybe the "watch" feature doesn't actually tell time; perhaps it's called a "watch" because you "watch" the heart rate monitor!
