I loved this van!

Date of Review:  Jul 16, 2007
The Bottom Line: I do not recommend Chrysler Vans because the bad transmission issue over shadows all else.
Review: I purchased my 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE as a used car in 1998. It had only 40,000 miles on it and I loved it.
This van stood up to the abuse from transporting clients and the many miles I traveled doing home health.

Until I...

Nothing Grand About It!!!!!

Date of Review:  Apr 25, 2000
Review: Transmission blew up 10 miles(I kid you not)over the warranty. Back gate sprang open on a hilly, winding road. Sliding door jumped the track, not once, not twice but numerous times and repairs.(some for free others I paid for.) I am sorry but I saw...

Can a transmission be any WORSE?

Date of Review:  May 19, 2004
Review: I owned this vehicle for about 8 years and have put almost 100,000 miles on it. When purchased it had just over 50,000 miles on it. I have replaced the transmission once already and was needing to again, but that was before the head gasket went. The...

The Van that Can

Date of Review:  Jan 1, 2006
The Bottom Line: If you can get over what you look like driving this van, it?s well worth it and will repay you with efficiency, reliability, and comfort.
Review: We have had our van for about 5 years now. I am continuously surprised by just what this van can and does do.

I have purchased and brought home a washer & dryer (In the factory BOX) paying no delivery charge. I picked up our kitchen table...

A vehicle that served us well, has some faults

Date of Review:  Jan 31, 2005
The Bottom Line: Buy it if it has a new transmission, and if the price is right. A good workhorse of a van
Review: My parents bought their first new car, the 1994 Plymouth Voyager, when I was 8 years old. The van was a welcome change from the 5 of us being stuffed into a station wagon, and it was priced at a level that they could afford at the time.

A great van for a while . . .

Date of Review:  Jul 13, 2001
The Bottom Line: If someone were to consider buying one, I would check on whether the transmission has been rebuilt and when. Of not, it's coming!!
Review: We purchased our 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager second hand -- it had 32,000 miles on it and was 11 months old. We knew the previous owner -- sadly, we got to him just after he had traded it in to the dealer. We had been driving a 1988 Ford Aerostar...

A good car

Date of Review:  Nov 29, 2005
Review: My 1994 Grand Voyager has 100,000 miles and has had very few repairs after the 70,00 warranty expired. It continues to get 20/25 MPG.

I've been to 15,000 ft in Colorado with 5 passengers (turned back because of the 5 passengers, not the...

Love my Voyager

Date of Review:  Sep 17, 2004
Review: I purchased my 94 Voyager with 155,000 miles on it and i love driving this van. It now has 162,000 miles and has no problems. Apparently someone rebuilt or replaced the tranny because it's flawless. I'd like to add one important point. When i bought...

A Voyage For All

Date of Review:  Oct 7, 2000
Review: When it comes to family vehicles I believe I've found the best. I'm sure that later models are even better but our new 1994 Voyager is just a joy to behold.
We fit our family of 5 with room to spare. We drive in comfort and do so safely not only...

Great Family Ride!

Date of Review:  Oct 31, 1999
Review: We own a 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE. It's our third! (Two '88's prior to this one). And can't wait for our finances to allow a 2000 model.
The 3.3 motor is gutsy and reliable. (112,000 on it now--and running strong!) We have had no major...
