great product few bugs, nothing major like every1 else said

every thing works, except a few things, i opened up the box, installed it without even looking at the instructions, opend the creator software and was converting video and audio (in sync) within min.

very simple and easy to use software that seems to be great at first, but after you try to set options and features, it sucks...

perfect for a mom who is trying to convert home movies to dvd, or on internet to share with grandma,

perfect to covert your wedding to dvd and internet,

perfect to copy cool sports clips and other cool stuff from the TV

I recored some clips from my home made DVD i made with my emerson TV vcr recorder, it worked and was in sync,

i made a back up of di vinci code, it worked, i made with with low quality, and with high quality, and you can tell a big diffirence

the audio is CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! it is soo detailed and perfect

the video leaves a little somethign to be desired, but it works great!!


copule weried bugs and things that need to be fixed that i noticed so far...

in divx format, i could not program the software to recored for certin MB's i need them to be less then 150, i come back to the room, and it is at 1.50 GB, woah,, so if you need to keep the file size down, use MPG format...

when i first tried to run the software it gave me an error about layers and my screen, basicly it said that when i record, the screen is going to be black due to my video drivers, (after i stop recording i can watch it, but i cant see what i am recording while it records, (it still works, but you wont be able to fast foward your tivo, cuz you wont see how far to go. so i found some free software on the internet, it is called

it is called x360 activex control dont know what it does, but it works

another thing, when i start recording in the software, the video turns dark, sometimes really dark sometimes not.....


another thing is after about 4 hours of recording, i see green fuzzes and blue and red fuzzies, i stop the recording, and i watch the tape and it showed up in the recording... i turn off the computer turn it back on it does the same thing, i turn off my tivo reciver and turn it back on, and the problem was fixed.... humm that has happend twice, both times it (EDIT) MADE ME MAD.


also like i mentioned about the divix, file splitting does not work

also, when i record and VHS and it has bad spots, the video will fade or turn all snow, and the video will stop recording, i have had no problems with turnnning off the preview will recording feature and fixing that problem with bad VHS tapes...
