First Planar product I've owned. After a problem with the first one (flicker), Planar sent me a new one in a couple of days. Great support and with the DVI connection, best picture quality I have seen on any LCD. Owned a 15 inch LCD with VGA connection and no comparison. If you buy this one, be sure to upgrade to a digital video card and receive all the benefits of a digital quality picture. Sorry if this review sounds like an advertisement, I am really happy with my purchase.
