Pros: Good Reader
Cons: Expensive
The Bottom Line: Buy this one first

Review: Pioneer and Sony make the only DVD jukeboxes available at this time. I've had a Sony DVP-CX985U for about a year and a Pioneer DV-F727 for about a month. This was a costly learning experience for me.
The Sony has a major problem: It don't... |

Pros: Verified outstanding reliability, excellent mechanical integrity, marvelous CD audio reproduction.
Cons: No progressive scan, 12 letter titling limitation, overwrites entered title if disc is pre-titled.
The Bottom Line: Still going strong even though greatly outdated. This unit was built for the long haul.

Review: I bought this product over six years ago because I wanted to replace my first-generation Panasonic single-disc player with a multi-disc player and decided to go all the way (at the time) and gamble on this 301-disc Pioneer unit. I have Pioneer audio...

Pros: 1)Ease of use 2)PS2 keyboard interface
Cons: 1) No component inputs 2) Link cable too short
The Bottom Line: Great product for most users, but not advanced.

Review: When I bought my original unit 5 years ago, I didn't mind the fact that progressive scanning was absent in the package. I also did not mind the 12 character limit on disc titles too much. I considered these both to be reasonable sacrifices for the...

Pros: Features, ease of use, sound and vid quality very good, nice appearance and design.
Cons: Limited keyboard commands and preset file slots.
The Bottom Line: Easily programmed with external keyboard. Sound, picture, other features comparable with other high-end DVD players. A

Review: If you are using the remote cursor to name 300 disks I pity you. But if you have a keyboard (I assume anyone with a computer does) you can easily program all 300 in less than an hour. All features but ADVANCE PAGE can be done with the keyboard. The...

Pros: good disc capacity, decent video and sound quality
Cons: No eject button, alphabetic sort is always forgotten, can't play both sides of a disc
The Bottom Line: This is a good multi-disc player, but with some quirks that keep it from getting a really good score.

Review: I have a little under a hundred DVD and would often misplace them around the house, so that's why I bought this 300 disc changer. I've had it for about a month now, so I figure it's been long enough to share my thoughts on it.

Pros: huge capacity, ease of use, memory of discs after you remove them...
Cons: doesn't play burned DVDs, takes a LONG time to update discs after you make changes...
The Bottom Line: Its not perfect, but its the best DVD changer out there at the moment. The others can't compare to its features and ease of use.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I bought this because i burn DVDs all the time. Most of us who do this attain a larger collection over time, and we look to get a changer to make it easier to view the DVDs. I tried the Sony version out, but hated the user interface... you can only...

Review: I have had my DV-f727 for about 3 years without problems.
It works very well with both commercial DVDs and home created DVD-Rs. I have filled my 1st unit to capacity and have just ordered a second unit which can be linked to the first to... |
