Author's Review

This clock was cool,I bought it with christmas money.I had my eye on the Ihome and thought well this must just as cool after all it was in Martha Stewart magazine and it cost less. The first thing I noticed was the easy wake is annoying, more like a silent to loud with no control.I tried every setting and found the alarm mode was the most tolerable, since the radio and the Ipod setting start out quiet and within a few short seconds are so loud (and its not like you can use the volume switch when in this mode it is useless)so you wake up scared or mad and that is not a good way to start the day.A few weeks later the alarm which there are 2 does not work in any setting, just quit so everyday I use my cell phone to wake up and I am reminded that this clock may not have been worth the money.I spoke with customer service today and they told me to push a tiny button on bottom of the unit to reset it,I will see.Oh yeah if my wife had not thrown away the receipt and box I would have returned it.I think that if something makes the claim easy wake it should be easy not scare the crap out of you and hope you do not wake the baby before you get ready for work alarm.or just call it that and then it is fair warning .Well any way if the reset does not work I guess I will send it to arkansas repair center.Oh one last thing alwys check prices because when I bought this at Target it was on sale for 75 bucks ah ha.only to find some prices on the web for 25 bucks but I thought no it probably is not true.I cant stand to look at it when my phone wakes me up next to it every morning
ok I pushed the secret button and it worked but still what provoked it and when will it happen again will I be late for work.
