Champagne for citrus lovers.

Pros: Fresh tasting, well-structured.

Cons: Lacks the complexity some find appealing.

The Bottom Line: With citrus zest aromas, lemon-lime flavors, a butter-cookie undertone, and acidity to match, Perrier-Jouet is a light, easy-drinking Champagne that pairs well with food.
