A very attractive well built point-and-shoot camera

The Bottom Line: I am convinced that the flash range is far shorter than the specification. I have since returned the camera.

Great Little Camera!

The Bottom Line: Know what you're buying. Ultra compacts make trade-offs with their tiny optics. Overall, this is a great camera.
Review: Let's get one item straight...this camera is very small. Smaller than a credit card. Try one BEFORE buying as some folks may just want a larger camera.
The Optio S5I is much like the new Casios but is tweaked for somewhat better color balance...

This camera rocks! Take it everywhere!

Review: I have owned the Optio S (got wet), the Optio S4i (sold on ebay to get the 5.0) and now the S5i.
I have a degree in Photography, have done weddings, CD cover photography, and other commercial work.

The size at times is a also a disadvantage in that it often is difficult to hold it steady.
