Pentax Optio W30 Digital Camera

The Bottom Line: I would recommend this camera because it does what it's advertised to do in a very easy manner. It IS waterproof/dustproof and point and shoot!!
Review: First let me say that yes the waterproofing works! I tried taking underwater shots in my aquarium as I have never gotten good shots of my cichlids from outside the tank and wanted to test the waterproof claim while in warranty. Great shots! Worked...

Marginal Waterproof snapshot camera

The Bottom Line: Okay for snapshots, but if image quality is important to you, keep looking, this won't do the trick.
Review: I bought the Pentax Optio W30 because at the time it was the best reviewed waterproof compact digital. A lot of my recreation revolves around the water and a camera that can tolerate spray, wetness and an occasional swim is high on my priority list...
