Love this camera!

My husband and I were in the market for a new digital camera and since we were planning on a cruise in the near future, we thought a waterproof camera would be neat. I initially looked into buying a waterproof housing for our existing camera and was completely shocked at the prices. $200+ for a waterproof housing! Then I discovered that there were 2 cameras out that were waterproof and at a reasonable price - this Pentax and another camera by Olympus. After seeing the reviews online, I decided to get the Pentax because it seemed like it was a slightly better camera. We ordered it through Abe's of Maine and it arrived very quickly. We took it on our trip and were happily taking very cool pictures underwater on our snorkeling trip when we discovered that water had leaked inside the housing. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the camera anymore because of a leaky seal around the battery compartment. We didn't let it ruin our trip, though! When we got home, we called Abe's of Maine and sent the camera back to them, which they happily and very quickly replaced for us. We immediately tested the replacement camera in the sink and it works great! We've had nothing but fun with the camera since we got the replacement one and I'd recommend this camera to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced camera that takes great pictures and is waterproof to boot!
