Accurate, reliable and worth every penny

I've owned this scale for 8 years. Actually, I've never changed the original batteries.

I use the scale for postal letters and small packages (USPS). This thing has saved me a bundle over the years and has easily paid for itself over.

I used to go to the postal office to ship packages, using the scale there. However, I with an accurate scale at home, I can find out if I'm just barely over the postage threshold and take out some materials to reduce the weight.

For instance, if the shipping weight of a package were 5.0oz, I would remove a bit of packaging to get it back down to 4.9 oz, which would save me a couple dollars per package.

USAGE:

It's really simple. Just hit the on button, wait till it shows ready simple, then put package on and wait till the "lock" symbols shows and that's the weight. The whole process takes less than 5 seconds. If you forget to turn it off, it auto-powers off to conserve battery.

You can also 'tare' so to subtract the weight of the container by putting on the container first when turning the unit on.

The maximum weight is 5lbs and the unit is accurate to the .1 oz.
