Author's Review
This is by far the BEST stroller that we could ever imagine. While pregnant, I looked at many strollers and had a long list of requirements. My stroller had to be lightweight, take up minimal room in the trunk, be easy to push and maneuver, hold up for this and future children, and be affordable. This stroller meets and exceeds all of these requirements.
First of all, this stroller is very lightweight. I am a tiny gal (about 5'7, 115 pounds) and I can lift this with one arm. It folds with one arm and easy lifts into my SUV's trunk area. It weighs about 12 pounds and is lighter than the baby herself.
Because we have a baby, two dogs, and a small SUV, my stroller has to take up very little space. The dimensions on this are: Open - Height: 40 1/2 inches, Width: 20 3/4 inches, Length 29 1/4 inches. Product Dimensions Closed - Height: 40 1/2 inches, Width 13 inches, Length 16 3/4 inches. Clearly, this is a small, compact piece. It folds up completely into a flat, easy to move piece (i.e. like an umbrella...). This leaves room for packages and/or suitcases.
I like to take the baby out on our local bike trails as well as cruise the mall, so my stroller has to be easy to push and maneuver. This stroller has all wheel suspension, swivel front wheels and rear wheel brakes and it is easy. I can easily push and steer this with one hand, which comes in handy when you are shopping or weaving in and out of a crowd.
Our daughter is our first child, but hopefully, not our last and when we buy children items, we want them to hold up. This one is perfect and we will definitely use this again. In fact, it even has a built in rear footboard for 2nd child to stand and ride on.
Having children can be expensive (can be? is!), so we wanted an affordable stroller. While this one is near $300, we look at it as a one time purchase and rely on the fact that we wont buy one for an infant and then one again later when our daughter is older and then one later when we have more than one. this stroller fits an infant (and even holds the matching infant seat) up to a 5 year old and allows a child to stand and ride near the handle. I think that is a LOT for the money!
Other great features:
*Removable front bumper bar
*Height adjustable handlebars
*Easily attaches Infant Car Seat
*spacious underneath storage basket.
*adjustable water bottle holder
*carry handle for when stroller is folded up
*five point harness for child restraint
