Great Parenting Tool

I starting getting Parenting magazine when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter 8 years ago (boy time flies!) Over the years this magazine has continued to improve. I find it a helpful tool in raising my 3 active little girls.

Every issue you can count on certain articles being there. Like questions and answers with Dr. Sears, The whole 9 months (a guide to pregnancy) Reviews on videos, software and books, ages & stages, and recipes. Also every issue has a wonderful range of article topics from breastfeeding to bicycle safety to strange but true stories from real people like me and you.

My favorite section is ages and stages where you can find valuable information on how to handle childrens behaviors, what skills your child should be learning and how to help them do them, and how to handle kids tough questions at an age apropriate level.

I also love the recipes the pictures are colorful and make the food look appealing (even to the pickiest eaters) my oldest daughter has often been thumbing through the pictures and asked "Hey mom can we have this for dinner sometime?" Iam always willing to make the recipes because they are low in fat and high in nutrition!

I think every parent should read this magazine for its wonderful range of article topics and information it relays to us parents!
