I LOVE my camcorder!

When I bought this I was concerned that it would be difficult to operate having only owned a digital camera before. If one reads the manual that accompanies the camera, one can clearly see that everything you need to know about it is written down for you. There is even a shortcut manual for easy operations. I like that you can take stills with just a flick of your thumb, or go record with another flick. The toggle feature is a lifesaver. Setup was smooth and attachments are easy to manipulate through. You can use it on battery alone, or with the attachment to an adapter. I bought a tripod for the camera I previously had and it fits, being a universal one. It is great for stabilizing for pictures and movies. I like the internal shutter, so no clumsy cap to fool around with. It comes with a strap for your neck/shoulder, a 30 minute DVD for recording, all the cables you need to charge/pc use and a remote. You do have to buy a memory card seperately, which most people have laying around anyways. It is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and operate without difficulty or hassle.
