Panasonic Lumix® DMC-FX8 Digital Camera

Good camera but a couple of negatives.
I like the camera's shape, and battery life, reasonable start up time and different scene modes e.g. Food setting, fireworks, night portrait, night scenery.

but there are some negatives. I saw the rave reviews on camera sites about this camera's Optical Image Stabiliser (OIS) which works ok. But the focus is not quite specific enough - I'm getting more blurry shots than when I was using my Canon Ixus 400.

also, the camera is a little bulky compared to similar cameras on the market in this range. the
