media difficulties

Although neat, small, good resolution, well made and easy to use (except the following), We have not been able to store our videos satisfactory on any of our 3 modern-computers or download to dvd's and free up our memory cards for further use- dispite following their instructions many times, computer literate relatives have not suceeded either proving it's not just me. We've visited Panasonic web sites for help etc and had no joy- very disappointed as we wanted to plug and play over Christmas--Ongoing problems will be directed at Panasonic in the new year. For this reason and this reason alone I would not recommend this product and wished we'd choosen our alternative consideration of a Sony product. Ease was of Paramount consideration when choosing as we want simplicity and speed.
