Great Picture - Crummy Sound

by   raptorbill ,  Jul 8, 2008
Pros: Great Picture Easy to Setup and Use
Cons: Crummy Sound Forgets its setup after power loss
The Bottom Line: Excellent product - Highly Recommended - but you need a home theater sound system for maximum enjoyment.
Review: We've had this Plasma TV for 6 months and we're totally satisfied with the great picture. The TV's sound is nothing near home theater quality. But hey, if you're going to go with this level of Plasma TV, you most likely have a separate surround sound ...

Excellent TV Set!

by   rapgs12 ,  Mar 6, 2008
Pros: Excellent picture and clarity, sound is good also. Great at any viewing angle.
Cons: Fairly heavy (105lbs) and uses alot of energy (700w).
Review: I have owned this set since Oct., having purchased it at COSTCO. It delivers an amazing High Def. picture. For approx. $2,500 (includes tax) I now have a Plasma HD TV that is truly a pleasure to watch. I read the reviews in Consumers Digest and they said ...

PERFECT! Absolutely the BEST!

by   onyxia ,  May 23, 2007
Pros: Great sound, picture quality, easy-to-use remote, anti-reflective coating, price is worth it!

Excellent TV

by   nadeau3 ,  Jul 14, 2008
Pros: Picture quality, sound quality, no motion blur, quality product at right price
Cons: heavier than LCD or DLP's
Review: I have owned this TV for over a year. I have friends with LCD, DLP, and other brands of plasma. The Panasonic has by far the best picture and sound of all of them. True colors, no motion blur, and a great menu system. The speakers on this unit are ...

So Far, So Good

by   gofastest ,  Oct 24, 2008
Pros: Good picture and sound with the built in subwoofer.
Cons: Wish it had 3 HDMI inputs instead of 2 (XBOX 360, PS3, and cable).
The Bottom Line: For the plasma technology to still be here, it must be a good contender to the LCD technology, and I still love it.
Review: Great plasma. It is a definite upgrade over my older Sony plasma. Having this T.V. gives me a good excuse to rent a Blue-Ray DVD and watch it on here. Good colors and contrast is what makes the picture stand out in HD, a little darker picture than the ...

Very Very Disappointing

by   jingle08 ,  Mar 5, 2008
Pros: Good Display
Cons: Power will not stay on from day one.
Review: Very disappointing. The first day it arrived the power would not stay on more than 20 minutes. I called Panasonic thinking they would ship be a new unit ... but they told me they would dispatch a technician the following week ... I'm left to wonder how ...
