Pros:
The setup is fantastic, user friendly. This machine does not discriminate against too many disc's.
Cons:
I am too busy grinning from ear-to-ear. No CONS yet.

I am so glad that I got this recorder. It is user friendly and the recordings are soooooooooo clear. The reason I brought this product, is because Panasonic stands behind it's products.
What I truly love about this Panasonic brand, is the Customer Service, you heard me right-- the customer service representatives go above and beyond.
Example: I stayed up all night trying to figure out why my cable signal was not coming through (got no picture when I recorded, just a snow effect), well I got up the next day and called 1 (800) 211-7672 Panasonic's Customer Service Line and spoke with Mr. Anthony Ames. You are not going to believe this, but Mr. Ames stayed on the phone with me until I could record something off the TV onto a DVD. Guess how many hours-- that's right hours? 3 1/2 hours he stayed on the phone with me, always patient and we went over the wiring setup I had, moving and changing things around until Mr. Ames was completely sure that I would get the end results I was looking for. KUDOS -- to PANASONIC and to Mr. Ames.
