A major consideration in my purchase of this product was the six hour playback clearly printed on the box. Panasonic knowingly puts a FOUR hour battery in this unit. I contacted them about it and after a conversation with them packed the unit up and returned it for a full refund!! It is a nice unit, but NOT what I paid for.
