Pros: Faxing is dependeble, copies are ok, has caller ID.

Cons: No handset speakerphone.

This machine has been the best I've ever had, faxing is always dependeble, copier is not the greatest but always works. We have had this phone for a little over 5 years and never had any problems, until now. Actually, it's likely the poor thing is just worn out from so much use. Everything still works, except the handset. It quit a week ago and I can't find another one to replace it. The only complaint we have is that the handset doesn't have a speakerphone. All in all, a truely great phone.
